Bertrand Briffa operates Primacy Studio and is responsible for the personal information described here. When you contact the studio by email, phone or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, contact details and anything you put in your message. The website host may also process technical request data such as your IP address and user agent in security and request logs.

How we use it

We use contact details and messages to reply, understand what you need and discuss work you have asked about. This is based on taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Technical logs are processed for security, reliability and fault finding. We do not sell your information. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or an enquiry form.

The optional brief is composed in your browser. Its text stays on this page until you choose to open WhatsApp or copy it. Primacy Studio does not receive or store the brief through this website.

Services involved

Email is handled through Google Workspace and the website is hosted by Vercel. Phone and WhatsApp communications are handled by your provider and, for WhatsApp, Meta under their own terms. Those services may process information outside Malta.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose above, our ordinary business records and any legal obligations that apply.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where the law gives you that right. You may also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner. For a privacy request, write to hello@primacystudio.com.
